Description
· Podkrkonoší = Under the Giant Mountains – Cottage under the willow tree
· 500 m above the sea level
· An old German farmhouse: max. number of beds is 16+3, max.19 beds and 190m2 of the rooms, old style – partly wooden cottage at the edge of village BERNARTICE near the town Trutnov.
· This building is roughly 100m away from the local road, in a very peaceful area, it is ideal place for family recreation with a beautiful view on the Snow Mountain. It is also convenient for family celebrations, meetings of friends and educational courses.
· Accommodation – the house is available for through all the year, we prefer weekly accommodation and bigger groups up to 16-19 people. Usually we rent out the whole house for one price. But if you contact us we can put in smaller groups or shorten the time.
· The house contains a hall with a fireplace, big living room (48 m2) with a kitchen and a table for 16-19 people.

sauna: it is extra paid according to the electricity usage
· Equipment: TV, satellite, electric cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave oven, coffeemaker and washing machine
· Large garden 400 m2 + 2500 m2 of other private property, grass field for badminton, volleyball or football (soccer)
· Outside fireplace
· Swimming pool: round 4,4 m in diameter, 1,2 m depth with a filter and a shower
· Trips: Vraní Hory, Žacléř- visit to the black coal mine, Stachelberg – army fortification from the second World War, Rýchory-old forest, sand rock area in Adršpach, The Giant Mountains, Zoo-safari In Dvůr Královén/L, observatory in Úpice, Ratibořice Babiččino údolí with a birthplace of the Czech writer Božena Němcová and a renaissance Castle, a Baroque castle in Kuks, sandy Bethlehem by Matyáš Brown and a border crossing to Poland about 5 km away from the house.
· Outdoors swimming pool: in Trutnov, natural swimming in Dolce, a dam in Poland and a stone mine in Zlatá Olešnice.
· Winter activities: superb skiing in well known skiing resorts with an artificial snow-Ski Centre Prkenný Důl+Bret cca 5km away with ski rental, skiing school and bob sled. Other skiing resorts: cca10-30km – Mladé Buky, Janské Lázně, Černá Hora, Pec pod Sněžkou.
· Trutnov: indoor swimming pool, ice-skating ring
5 supermarkets all cca 15km away
· Possible sport activities: downhill and cross-country skiing, mountain bikes, mountaineering, swimming, mushroom picking, horse riding, golf tennis and climbing.
· Parking: on a private property at the house there is a place for 8 cars
· Children: up to 3 years without a bet free of charge
· Eating: own cooking in a standard equipped kitchen or in a few restaurants in nearby villages.
